Brittany completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in 2013 and then went on to complete a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2015. Brittany is also a qualified Pilates Instructor. As our resident instructor Brittany runs group classes and can also provide one on one sessions.
Brittany has two passions, Dancing and Physiotherapy. She has been involved in a variety of styles of dance for over 20 years, including 5 years of teaching experience. In 2011, she obtained her BDA Teachers Certificate in both Ballet and Tap. Brittany has competed in solo Eisteddfods for 10 years.
With her background and passion for dance and Physiotherapy, Brittany has spent her career working closing with Physiotherapists involved with both Australian and touring dance companies to provide specialised treatment for recreational and pre-professional dancers. Brittany offers services as a Physiotherapist for Dancers including Pre-Pointe Assessments, Dance Assessments / Screening, Strength & Conditioning programs and Injury Rehabilitation for Dancers.
Brittany joined Pro-fit Physio & Allied Health Centre in 2011 whilst obtaining her qualifications and a full time Physiotherapist since 2016.
Brittany is a Professional Member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
